Preparations for deployment to the affected Albanian areas
Following the catastrophic earthquake in Albania, EPOMEA Egaleo organized an emergency deployment group to support search and rescue operations. EPOMEA Thessaloniki has already deployed the neighboring country with the Operational Center under the direction of EPOMEA Greece President Miltiadis Benakis. In collaboration with the Municipality of Thessaloniki where additional vehicles and volunteers are leaving today, they will meet with the rest of the team at the established coordination center.
